Who we are
First Reef Ventures LLC (“First Reef,” “we”) produces events across five U.S. markets. You can reach us at firstreef.co@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact and profile details you give us — name, phone number, email, Instagram handle, and the events or cities you're interested in.
- Event history — the events you join the guest list for or attend, and related notes.
- Site and advertising data — pages you visit, referring links, and advertising identifiers such as a Meta click identifier (fbclid), the _fbp / _fbc cookies, and campaign tags (UTMs) when you arrive from an ad.
How we use it
- To run our events and respond to your inquiries.
- To send you event information by email and, where you've given consent, by text message. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to build advertising audiences. We share a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form of your email and phone number with Meta Platforms so it can match you to an audience and show you — and people like you — our ads. We also send Meta conversion events (for example, that you joined a guest list or attended an event) through its Conversions API.
- To promote events with our co-organizers, sponsors, and partners (including, for the Last Light Boat Party Series, Broken Sound Records).
Sharing and sale of your information
Beyond the service providers below, we may share or sell the information you provide — including your name, phone number, email, and Instagram handle — to third parties, such as event co-organizers, sponsors, promoters, venues, ticketing partners, and other businesses, for their own marketing. When you check the consent box on a sign-up form, you are agreeing to this.
Under privacy laws in some U.S. states, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time — see “Your privacy rights” below.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics, and Meta Platforms (advertising). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising.
To exercise any of these rights — including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” — email firstreef.co@gmail.com with your request and the phone number or email you signed up with. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Email firstreef.co@gmail.com to ask us to remove you from advertising audiences, or to access or delete your information.
- Manage ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences.
