- What is First Reef?
- First Reef (First Reef Ventures LLC) is a national events group founded in 2024. We produce boat parties, beach parties, nightclub takeovers, wellness events, and charity events, and we've hosted more than 9,000 attendees across five U.S. markets. Our tagline is "Life is better on the reef."
- Where does First Reef operate?
- We run events in five U.S. markets — South Florida, Baltimore, New York City, Austin, and Boston — with our home base in Miami and South Florida. Our weekly Miami residency, Every F*cking Friday, runs every Friday at The Studio at Maple & Ash.
- How do I get on the guest list or buy tickets?
- Every upcoming event has its own guest-list page on firstreef.co/events. Join the list for the date you want and we'll text you the details and ticket links before doors open.
- How much do First Reef events cost?
- It depends on the event. Some events are free to attend from the guest list; boat parties, beach parties, and special productions are ticketed and priced per event. The price is always listed on that event's page.
- Is there an age requirement?
- Most First Reef nightlife events are 21 and over. Wellness, charity, and daytime events are often all ages. Check the specific event page or ask us before you buy.

Nightlife
Boat parties, beach parties, club takeovers, and Every F*cking Friday.
- What kind of nightlife events does First Reef run?
- Boat parties, beach parties, pool and day parties, nightclub takeovers, and large-scale productions — mostly built around house music. Events run across our five markets, with the heaviest calendar in Miami and South Florida.
- What is Every F*cking Friday?
- Every F*cking Friday is First Reef's weekly party at The Studio at Maple & Ash, 652 NE 2nd Ave, 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132. Doors are at 10 PM every Friday. An upscale cocktail lounge is turned into a luxury house-music experience — dress to impress.
- Where do First Reef boat parties depart from?
- Our boat parties board in Miami and cruise South Florida's waterways, typically from late afternoon into the night with a DJ and a full bar on board. The exact marina and boarding time are on each event's page.
- Do First Reef events sell out?
- Yes. Our sunset boat parties and two-stage beach parties have sold out in advance. If an event matters to you, join the guest list early — that's where presale and ticket links go first.
- Can I reserve a table or bottle service?
- Tables and bottle service are available at many First Reef nightlife events and at Every F*cking Friday. Ask through the event's guest-list page or email firstreef.co@gmail.com with your group size and the date.
- What's the dress code?
- It varies by event. Every F*cking Friday is dress to impress. Boat parties, beach parties, and day parties are resort and swimwear-friendly. Any specific dress code is noted on the event page.
Wellness
Run clubs, beach volleyball, and charity golf — our Active & Wellness track.
- What are First Reef's wellness events?
- Our Active & Wellness track includes run clubs, beach volleyball, pickleball, and charity golf tournaments. They're built to bring the same community together in daylight, around movement instead of nightlife.
- Are wellness events free?
- Run clubs and pickup sports are usually free or low-cost. Charity tournaments (golf, pickleball) have an entry fee that supports the beneficiary organization. Details are on each event's page.
- Do I need to be an athlete to join?
- No. Wellness events are open to all levels — the point is showing up and meeting people, not competing.
- How often does First Reef run wellness events?
- Regularly throughout the year alongside the nightlife calendar. Upcoming dates are listed at firstreef.co/events and announced on Instagram.
Concierge
Villas, yacht charters, and reservations across Miami and South Florida.
- What does First Reef Concierge offer?
- Villa rentals, yacht charters (half-day, full-day, and multi-day), and restaurant reservations across Miami and South Florida, plus wellness, transportation, and event staffing on request. Everything is arranged per-request through our concierge partners.
- How do I book a villa or yacht?
- Submit an inquiry at firstreef.co/concierge with your dates, group size, and what you're picturing. A concierge partner puts options together and follows up directly.
- How far in advance should I book?
- As early as you can, especially for peak weekends, holidays, and large groups. Yachts and the best villas go first.
- What areas does the concierge cover?
- Miami and South Florida. If you're planning something in another market, ask and we'll tell you what's possible.
Bachelor & bachelorette parties

- Does First Reef plan bachelor and bachelorette parties?
- Yes. First Reef plans full bachelor and bachelorette weekends in Miami and South Florida — we coordinate the whole trip end-to-end so the group doesn't have to.
- What's included in a bachelor or bachelorette weekend?
- A villa or yacht charter, dinner reservations, table service and guest-list access at our nightlife events, daytime activities (boat days, pool days, wellness), and transportation between everything — arranged as one coordinated plan.
- How big can the group be?
- We've handled everything from small groups to large parties. Tell us your headcount when you inquire and we'll build the weekend around it.
- How do we start planning?
- Send an inquiry through firstreef.co/concierge or email firstreef.co@gmail.com with your dates, group size, and the kind of weekend you want. We'll come back with a plan and pricing.
- When should we book?
- For a peak-season weekend, reach out one to three months ahead. Villas, yachts, and tables for large groups book up early.
- Which cities do you plan bachelor and bachelorette parties in?
- Primarily Miami and South Florida. Ask about our other markets — South Florida is where we run the most.
Venues

- What is First Reef's venue-partner program?
- First Reef partners with private venues, clubs, and beach clubs for promotions, recurring nights, and full takeovers across South Florida — including Selva, Maple & Ash, The Wilder, Sable, and Palm Tree Club, among others.
- I run a venue — how do we work together?
- Email firstreef.co@gmail.com. We bring programming, promotion, and a built-in crowd for takeovers, one-off events, and standing weekly nights.
- Can First Reef produce an event at my venue?
- Yes. Whether it's a single takeover or an ongoing residency like Every F*cking Friday, reach out with your space and your calendar and we'll scope it.

- What does a First Reef partnership include?
- Sponsorships, on-site brand activations, product sampling, and co-hosted events across First Reef's five U.S. markets — structured around your goals, from a single event to a full-season program.
- How many people do First Reef events reach?
- Around 5,000 attendees a year across roughly 25 events, plus the weekly Every F*cking Friday audience in Miami and First Reef's combined social following.

- Does the shop ship, and what's the return policy?

- Can First Reef produce co-branded apparel for an event or brand?
- Yes — co-branded and custom apparel can be part of a partnership or activation. Ask at firstreef.co/partnerships.

- Does First Reef offer consulting?
- Yes, in two areas: event production and activations for brands and sponsors, and nightlife programming and promotions for venues.
- What does brand consulting cover?
- Concepting, producing, and running events and activations; building and reaching an audience; and integrating sponsors — drawing on the same playbook behind First Reef's own events.
- What does venue consulting cover?
- Programming, promotions, recurring nights, takeovers, and crowd development for bars, clubs, and beach clubs that want stronger, more consistent nightlife.

Philanthropy
The causes First Reef supports and how the events give back.
- What causes does First Reef support?
- First Reef partners with The Local Octopus Foundation (ocean conservation), Monster's Mates (men's mental health), and Island Huggers.
- How does First Reef raise money for its partners?
- Through charity golf tournaments, charity pickleball events such as Dink or Swim, and proceeds from select events across the calendar.
- Can my nonprofit partner with First Reef?
